Baked Ling Cod with Lemon-Garlic Butter Sauce
Soooo yummy! Takes a little time to prepare sauce, but so worth it! I did not use the same amount of butter - 3/4 lb seemed like a lot, maybe a typo? I used 1/3 cup and it was delicious (cut down on fat too). Also not sure to add sauce during cooking or for serving. I spooned a little on to cook, but it is better to add when serving
