Directions

Place a Ziploc Freezer Bag (Quart size).

Put 2 Eggs in the bag, shake to combine (no more than 2 eggs).

Add Ingredients: Meat, Vegetables, Cheeses, Hashbrowns, Salsa, etc.

Let air out of the bag.

Place in a pot of rolling boiling water for 13 minutes.

Can cook up to 6 to 8 bags in a large pot at time.

Remove and open bags, then omelets will roll out.

What a great idiea. I do weekend visits with freinds and family, we go in out camper and do up big potlocks. this will be great for mornings with little fuss and can be done the day before.
