Ingredients

1 ½ cups yellow summer squash
grated

1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
½ stick margarine

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons coconut extract

2 teaspoons lemon extract
*

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and put into an uncooked frozen pie shell.

Bake in a 350℉ (180℃) oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
