Directions
Melt margarine and water in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, extract, salt, and baking soda. Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 15x10 inch pan and bake at 375℉ (190℃) 20 to 22 minutes. Cool.
Frosting: Heat margarine & milk, then mix in remaining ingredients.
