Directions

Melt margarine and water in saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, extract, salt, and baking soda. Beat until smooth.

Pour into greased 15×10 inch pan and bake at 375℉ (190℃) 20 to 22 minutes. Cool.

Frosting: Heat margarine & milk, then mix in remaining ingredients.
