Directions
Remove the seeds from the sweet red bell pepper and chop finely.
Add pepper and onion, also chopped fine, to the rice.
Mix thoroughly and put a layer in a buttered casserole dish.
Add a layer of the cocktail sausages, which have been partially cooked, and cover with the rice. Nestle them into the rice to help keep them a surprise.
Pour milk over it all and dot it with butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for ½ hour.
Remove the cover and bake for another ½ hour.
