Directions

Place apples in a shallow dish.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine flour, oats, sugar, salt, cinnamon and butter, mixing until crumbly.

Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.

Bake in preheated moderate oven about 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream.
