Directions
Mix all ingredients except garnish together.
Form into loaf and lay atop meat rack or use foil handles.
Cook turkey loaf for 8 to 10 hours on Low or 5 to 6 hours on High.
To ensure doneness insert meat thermometer in loaf.
Thermometer should read 180 degrees F. to indicate doneness.
Serve with sour cream if desired.
