EACH EACH CARROTS
grated

EACH EACH APPLES

CUPS ML WHITE WINE

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

In skillet, lightly brown spareribs in butter.

Sprinkle with pepper.

In separate bowl, mix together sauerkraut, onions and carrots.

Place half this mixture in baking dish .

Add half the apple slices and all the spareribs.

Cover with remaining sauerkraut mixture, apple slices, and wine.

Cover and bake 1 hour 45 minutes.
