Directions

Peel and cut up 4 cups apples.

Combine apples with 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon extract, and vanilla, pour into shell.

Top with mixture of pancake mix, ⅔ cup sugar, egg and melted butter.

Bake for 35 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).
