Directions
In a large bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bacon (cut in 1inch pieces), onions, cream, salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms if desired.
Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square dish.
Bake.
Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
