Directions
Sauté beef in oil in large skillet until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.
Add water, sherry, soy sauce and seasoning mix.
Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Makes 4 servings
