Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Place fat free dressing in a shallow bowl.
Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and optional Italian seasoning and place mixture into another shallow bowl.
Roll breasts (one at a time) in fat free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture.
Place onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
