Quick and Easy "Energy" Bars
Just a yummy treat if you want something sweet.
Ingredients
1 | cup |
peanut butter
natural |

1 | cup |
honey
|
* |
1 | cup |
rolled oats
old fashioned |
* |
1 | cup |
apricots, dried
chopped |
* |
½ | cup |
almonds
crushed, or slivered |
* |
½ | cup |
walnuts
crushed or silvered |
* |
¼ | cup |
flax seeds
for best nutrients, use a coffee grinder to blend whole seeds into a powder |

Directions
In a large nonstick pot, heat peanut butter and honey on low until runny. Add oats, apricots and nuts. Stir.
Use a 9x9 inch pan with waxed paper. Press mixture into pan. Let it cool and cut into 16 bars.
