Directions
Fry diced potatoes in bacon dripping until golden brown, stirring frequently to get even brownnes.
Add remaining ingredients and further sauté on medium to high heat until peppers are tender.
Serve with eggs of your choice.
Goes well with sourdough blueberry muffins.
