Ingredients

½ cup split peas

2 cups water
2 cups cheddar cheese
grated
½ each onions
finely
1 x salt
to taste

1 x black pepper
to taste

Directions

Cook peas in water until tender.

In a blender place cooked peas, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.

Blend until smooth. Spread on sandwiches, serve warm.
