Directions
- Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Beat sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl, until creamy and well blended.
Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
