Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Cream butter and honey until thoroughly combined.

Add egg and orange peel.

In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

Add the flour mixture and orange juice, alternating, to the creamed mixture.

Stir in pecans. Pour batter into a greased 9×5×3 inch loaf pan and bake at 350℉ (180℃). for about 1 hour.
