Directions
Beat sugars and butter.
Add egg and beat until fluffy.
Beat in orange juice and vanilla.
Stir together flour, salt and soda.
Stir into butter mixture, then stir in peel and pecans.
Wrap in waxed paper shaped into two 1¼ inch rolls.
Chill well.
Slice into 3/16 inch slices.
Bake at 375℉ (190℃) F for 8 to 9 minutes.
