This moist bread is a family favorite and when I added pineapple to it,I had an instant hit,it freezes nicely so I always have it on hand.

Directions

Mash the bananas and set aside. Cream sugar and oil well.

Add eggs and beat well. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Add to the creamed mixture, alternately with the crushed pineapple;just until moistened.

Stir in mashed bananas and walnuts until blended.

Pour into a 9x5x3 inch greased loaf pan.

Bake in a 350℉ (180℃). oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes in the pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
