Spicy Pumpkin Muffins recipe

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

½ cup apricots
dried, snipped, optional

¼ cup sugar
½ tablespoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon ginger
½ cup milk
½ cup pumpkin
canned
1 each eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Grease 12 muffins tins, mix bisquick, apricots if using, sugar and spices together.

Pour into muffin tins, and bake until done.
