Directions

Combine water, sugar and cream of tartar; bring to a boil.

Boil for 2 minutes.

Add cracker crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Boil for 1 minute longer.

Cool; place in pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 55 minutes.
