Ingredients

2 cups basmati rice
soak in water for 5 minutes then boil till cooked
½ teaspoon turmeric
add to rice
4 x chicken breasts
Grill and then cut into strips or chunks

4 x bacon
chop into strips and cook.

15 x mushrooms, button
peel, slice and cook

1 x onions
cut into pieces and fry until golden
*
whole cucumbers
chop into chunks
*
½ whole iceberg lettuce
wash
*

Directions

when tumeric'd rice is ready, place in a baking tray along with the chicken, bacon, onions and mushrooms. cook for 40 minutes then serve with lettuce and cucumber.
