Directions
Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, and garlic.
Press into shape of pie plate (9 in).
Spread tomato paste over meat; optional: place pepperoni over this.
Top with cheddar cheese, (or mozzarella), sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375℉ (190℃) for about 25 min.
