Ingredients

1 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon
lime or -orange juice, fresh
2 teaspoons honey
1 x lemon
lime or orange peel, grated

Directions

Mix all in a medium bowl.

Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Store in a cool dark place for 2 weeks, then refrigerate.
