Directions
Cream sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
Sprinkle dry ingredients in the order given over the wet and then stir to combine completely.
Drop by spoonful of dough on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in 350/375 oven for about 10-15 mins.
