minced *

TABLESPOONS ML LEMON JUICE
fresh squeezed

TEASPOON ML LEMON ZEST

TABLESPOONS ML BALSAMIC VINEGAR

TABLESPOON ML RED WINE VINEGAR

to taste *

Directions

Whisk together in a bowl, all ingredients except the olive oil. Or whiz in a food processor.

While whisking or running the food processor slow drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.

Even easier, place all ingredient in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake!

Serve.
