LARGE LARGE EGGS

PINCH PINCH SPICE MIXTURE
equal parts of cayenne, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt - blended well *

TABLESPOON ML BUTTER

STRIPS STRIPS BACON
brown sugar flavored, cooked to desired doneness

SLICE SLICE AMERICAN CHEESE
reduced fat

EACH EACH ENGLISH MUFFINS
whole grain or other, split and toasted to desired darkness *

TEASPOONS ML CREAM CHEESE
honey nut flavor

Directions

In small sauté pan, heat the butter; crack egg into hot butter and sprinkle all over with a large pinch of the spice mixture. Cook over easy or until done to your preference. Lay the American cheese slice over; turn off heat and let the cheese melt.

To assemble, spread the cream cheese over bottom half of toasted muffin; top with the bacon strips and cooked egg. Enjoy!
