Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat groats

2 small onions
chopped
½ pound mushrooms
chopped
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
chopped
3 each egg whites

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Cook kashe.

Sauté onions and mushrooms.

Mix all together.

Shape into burgers and brown in sprayed skillet or griddle.
