Ingredients

1 pound beef, round steak
ground
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons garlic sauce
with cajun
*
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
italian style
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
*
1 can mushrooms
*
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Sauté mushrooms in ½ stick of butter.

Mix ground beef with spices thoroughly.

Fashion into thin patties, ¼ inch thick, 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and get thicker after grilling.

Grill until desired doneness.

Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and lettuce.

Serve on an onion roll.

Note: Topping ingredients can be anything that you like.
