Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, lean
¼ cup almonds
slivered, toasted, ground if you like

¼ teaspoon fine herbs

1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and form into 3 to 4 round patties.

Broil or grill to desired doneness.

Tip: Serve on hamburger bun or atop toasted buttered French bread, or serve plain meat patties with boiled potatoes, vegetable and salad.
