Gingerbread Skeleton cookies that kids can make with you together, it is full of fun to make, and it is worth the efforts!

1 tube, white with small tip *

Directions

In large bowl, cream sugar and butter together, whisk in molasses and water.

In separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, ginger, and allspice.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet and blend until the dough holds together.

Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Roll out dough ¼ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.

Cut into shapes with cookie cutters and transfer to cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool on baking sheets or transfer onto wire racks.

Using the white decorating icing, decorate the cookies with “bones” so that they resemble skeletons.

You can decorate with your own creative ideas!

Serve or store in an air-tight container.
