Directions
Brown ground beef and onions; drain off grease. Combine softened cream cheese, soup and milk. Add salt, ketchup and ground beef. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375℉ (190℃) for 10 minutes. Place canned biscuits on top of casserole and bake at 375℉ (190℃) until golden brown.
