Ingredients

½ cup 黄油
or margarine
1 ⅓ cups 红糖
packed

1 each 鸡蛋
1 large 苹果
peeled, cored, finely chopped

1 cup 葡萄干,无籽
1 cup 坚果
finely chopped
¼ cup 苹果汁
1 teaspoon 柠檬皮
grated
3 cups 面粉,全功能
1 teaspoon 小苏打
1 teaspoon 肉桂
1 teaspoon 肉豆蔻
1 ½ cups 糖粉
sifted
3 tablespoons 苹果汁
or lemon juice
1 tablespoon 黄油

Directions

Cream butter with sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.

Stir in egg, apples, raisins, nuts, apple juice and lemon peel.

Blend in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.

Drop dough by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375℉ (190℃) F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Prepare glaze by mixing indredients in food processor or blender.

Transfer to bowl.

Remove cookies from oven.

Let cool slightly on wire rack.

Dip top of each warm cookie into glaze swirling to cover.

Return to rack and cool completely.

Store in airtight container.
