Directions
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add berries, lemon juice, sugar and beat no less than 15 minutes.
Whip cream until thick; fold into other mixture.
Pour into prepared pie shell and freeze until ready to serve. (Graham cracker shell works well).
Other berries or fruit may be substitued for the strawberries.
Alternative: Use one 12 oz. container Cool Whip or other non- dairy topping instead of cream.
