Directions
Preheat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Spray with cooking spray. Sauté the celery and onion until just tender-crisp.
Add to same pan the shrimp; sprinkle over with the Old Bay seasoning and paprika. Cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
Stir in soup, sherry or wine and cream cheese; mix until smooth and well blended. Add black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Spoon over cooked rice, lightly-buttered toast points or cooked pasta. Garnish and serve immediately.
