Directions

Combine all chopped ingredients, with cornflour, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt mixing well.

Place a teaspoon of mixture into the center of each wanton wrapper, pinch the wrapper together at the top to form a small package.

Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Drain and serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
