Ingredients

1 pound pasta, rotini
tri-colour
cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
dijon
cup mayonnaise
2 large celery stalks
chopped

6 slices bacon
cooked and chopped
2 large eggs
hard-cooked and chopped
2 each scallions, spring or green onions
chopped
½ teaspoon salt
1 x paprika
optional

Directions

Cook pasta in boiling water just until done, usually 11 to 13 minutes.

Drain and refresh under cold running water.

In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.

Add pasta and all other ingredients to dressing, mix carefullly, and taste for seasoning.

Chill thoroughly before serving.
