Crockpot Flank Steak
An easy beef flank steak recipe for your slow cooker.
Ingredients

beef, flank steak (london broil)

pineapple juice

soy sauce, tamari

Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add flank steak and sear until browned on both sides.
Place flank steak in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the flank steak. Cook on LOW setting for 8 hours or HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours.
