Ingredients

¾ cup onions
chopped
2 tablespoons butter
or margarine
1 cup hash brown potatoes
frozen
1 cup ham
cooked, diced

10 ounces corn
frozen
1 cup creamed corn
10 ½ ounces cream of mushroom soup
undiluted
2 ½ cups milk
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

1 x parsley flakes

Directions

Combine onion, margarine, potatoes, ham, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in Crock-Pot.

Cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with parsley flakes.
