Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). On a cookie sheet or oven safe pan, cover with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and mix well- I recommend using your hands. After mixing all ingredients, take the meat and form it into a loaf shape on the cookie sheet. Don't worry, it won't fall apart. Bake for 30 minutes until done. Makes excellent meatloaf sandwiches.
