When I make this dessert I use a pizza pan lined with foil, it makes it look nice with peaces arranged in a circle. This dessert is easy to make and very attractive, your guests will be impressed.

473 ml whipped cream

946 ml peaches
fresh and sliced

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in egg whites and extract.

Line a pizza pan with foil and grease well.

Spread coconut mixture into a 9-in. circle on foil.

Bake at 325℉ (160℃). for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool on a wire rack.

Refrigerate overnight.

Place the crust on a serving plate; spread with whipped cream.

Combine peaces and sugar; spoon over cream.

Cut into wedges.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
