Ingredients

2 medium oranges
peeled, sectioned, and chopped

1 cup pineapple, fresh
fresh, chopped

1 medium jalapeño pepper
seeded and finely chopped

2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions
thinly sliced
1 tablespoon cilantro
snipped

1 teaspoon lime zest
shredded

Directions

Stir together oranges, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, green onion, cilantro, lime peel and dash salt in a bowl.

Cover and chill for about 4 hours.
