Directions
Put cottage cheese through a sieve.
Add sugar, flour, egg yolks, milk and vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into mixture, Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes in a medium oven (350 degrees F.).
