Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
¼ cup onions
finely chopped
2 teaspoons italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 hamburger buns
split

lettuce
and tomato slices, optional

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.

Shape into four patties.

Grill over medium coals for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink.

Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
