Directions

Add the leeks with a 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.

Stir in orange juice, orange zest (peel), and vinegar.

Remove from heat.

Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
