Ingredients

12 slices chicken bologna
*
2 large eggs
½ cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

½ cup cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
shredded
¼ cup dill relish
sweet
1 cup milk

Directions

Place bologna slices in muffin tins to form cups.

Blending remaining ingredients.

Pour into bologna cups.

Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 20 to 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
