Directions

Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and fry together. Add the rest of the ingredients and the seasonings.

Mix together well. Fry for 5 minutes. Add stock. Simer until the beans are tender. Serve hot or cold.
