BBQ Sausage with Fennel Jam and Pickled Pears
Topped with delicious homemade fennel jam, creamy goat cheese and served with sweet and sour pickled pears, these delicious hot dogs will for sure make everyone want a second.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add the sausages, turning often, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the sausages are browned and completely cooked through.
Spread each sandwich roll with about 2 tablespoons fennel jam, place the sausage over jam.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons goat cheese over each sausage, and top with more fennel jam.
Serve with the pickled pears aside.
