Ingredients

2 small apples
red, quartered, thinly sliced

2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups celery
thin sliced
6 ounces cheddar cheese, mild
cut into small cubes
¼ cup mayonnaise, light

1 dash salt and black pepper

1 x lettuce
*

Directions

Place apples in small bowl; toss with lemon juice.

Add celery and next 4 ingredients; toss to coat.

Serve on lettuce lined plate.
