Amish Bread with Oatmeal

Directions
Mix all ingredients together.

The crack it from the bread rising, you could make a couple of cuts (slashes) into the bread before putting into the oven to control where the bread opens up as it rises. I think it looks great the way it is.
over 12 years agoI am wondering if anyone has made sourdough starter without using yeast. I want to do it the old fashioned way when yeast was created from food. Please let me know if you've done and how. Also I want to use gluten free fours. Thanks.
